1 hr class – $27

1.5 hr class – $35

2 hr class – $40

Term payments

  • Weekly class cost x number of classes in the term from your start date

Monthly payments

  • Weekly class cost x number of classes in the month. Automatic billing on 20th of each month.

Refund Policy

 

    Cancellations are not accepted during the term regardless of billing option.

    Refunds are not given for change of mind or missed classes.

    Changes between classes can be made at any time where vacancies exist.

    2 Week Satisfaction Guarantee

    applies to every new enrolment. The guarantee period starts from the first date you attend and ends 14 days after your 1st class.

    Should you decide that the class isn’t for you, email us within the guarantee period to request a cancellation. We will refund the remaining classes.

    Makeup Classes

    • Notify your absence via client portal at least 2 hrs prior
    • After the teacher marks you absent a makeup token is automatically issued
    • Book into any another class via the client portal
    • Makeups have a 2 mnth expiry & can only be used whilst enrolled.

    Trial Classes

     

      Trial classes are offered after the term has begun.

      Request a trial in the enrolment portal. We will confirm your trial class date by txt and will charge the single class fee. Make payment at least 24 hrs prior to your trial.

      Hive Youth Theatre offers a 2 week satisfaction guarantee with every new enrolment. 

      How it works: The guarantee period starts from the first date you attend class and ends exactly 14 days after your first class.

      Should you decide for any reason that this class isn’t for you, simply request a satisfaction guarantee cancellation and we will refund the remaining classes you have paid for.

      Need to change classes or programs during your enrolment? No problem! You can change classes, programs or age groups at any time during your enrolment, so long as there are vacancies available.
